Pops Of Colour In A Texan Interior Design Project

A pop of colour in a neutral interior can impact tremendously and Martha O'hara Interiors are extremely skilled in creating restful, neutral interiors, at the same time introducing colour to enhance and uplift. The goal of the project below was to update an historic house which was to host the owners daughters weddings over the summer months. The design had to be cohesive throughout the entire first floor living space and needed to accommodate the flow of people during the weddings. The formal living and piano room focused on pink, cream and glossy black. The other side of the main floor a more casual family and dining area is in blue/grey tones creates a relaxing space.

Although this project was designed with the weddings in mind, the decor had to work for these empty nester's beyond the weddings. I think you would agree the project was a definite success, a light, contemporary feel with some uplifting colour to evoke the senses
